For those seeking vision coverage, we offer Blue View Vision from Empire. Dental plans include Guardian Dental (sole props and individuals only; no new Small Group enrollments), BlueShield of NENY, and Delta Dental (Small Businesses Only - CDPHP). 

 

Additionally, BlueShield's dental plan can be purchased separately without taking medical insurance coverage.
