Also available are dental plans for individuals, which can be purchased along with your MVP medical plan, or as a standalone dental  benefit. Please choose from the links below.

PEDIATRIC DENTAL COVERAGE TO AGE 19

The Affordable Care Act requires dental coverage for all children to age 19.  Carriers will add a fee for this coverage to your health insurance plan unless you attest that you have a stand-alone dental plan. Please contact Eligibility at 518.431.1419.
